How do mobile tickets work?

Once you have been notified that your mobile ticket(s) are available for download, you will need to install the “UEFA Mobile Tickets” app, which is available here:

• iOS (version 13.0 or later)

• Android (version 7.0 or later)

You will then be asked to perform these steps to download and access your mobile tickets:

1. Log In: Use the email address associated with your ticket purchase on UEFA.com/tickets or the email address to which the tickets were transferred.

2. Enter Registration Code: You will receive a registration code via email. Enter this code to complete the login process.

3. Registration: Fill your personal details.

4. View Tickets: Your tickets should be displayed in the app.
